Curtis Yonke of Overland Park and Ryan Marks of Warrensburg
both shot a 36-hole total of 143 to qualify for the U.S. Jr. Amateur
Championship. Harry Higgs of Overland Park finsihed third
and is the first alternate with a total of 145. Ryan Zech
finished one shot behind won the second alternate spot. Yonke
and Marks will play in the Championship July 21-26 at Shoal Creek
in Birmingham, Alabama.
